TRACEO^®, the new-generation freshness indicator, is the first product to be developed and marketed by CRYOLOG.

TRACEO^® comes in label format and is designed for use on refrigerated products. It uses colouring and opacifying reactions to indicate when a product is no longer fit for consumption, either because the product has reached its Use-By Date, or because it has been subject to a critical accumulation of ruptures in the cold chain.

TRACEO^® belongs to Cryolog’s Time-Temperature Integrator (TTI) range. It measures the impact on the product of accumulated variations in temperature.

TRACEO^®  labels are calibrated by CRYOLOG on the basis of the properties of the products to be tracked (microbiological composition, shelf life, storage temperature, logistics circuit...)
