CRYOLOG - The Scientific Committee

The scientific committee's role is to help CRYOLOG to take the most strategic scientific and technical directions for its development. The committee made up of experts who are well-known in France and Internationally; it provides guidance on issues encountered by the company on a daily basis and provides a critical outlook concerning new projects in the short and long term.

Graduate from the Paris Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines (specialised in materials); ex- Technical Director at GENESYSTEMS and consultant for Arendi Consulting.

Dominique PAREAU

Doctor in Physical Sciences; Professor and ex- Manager of the Laboratoire de Génie des Procédés at the Paris Ecole Centrale; Professor at the Paris Ecole Centrale.

Jean-Christophe AUGUSTIN

Veterinary doctor; Lecturer at the Alfort Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire; Member of the Société Française de Microbiologie.

Georges CORRIEU

Director of the UMR INRA/INA P-G "Engineering and Microbiology of Food Processes". Consultant professor at the INAPG.

Eric MOUZIN

Doctor of medecine – Epidemiologist; Expert at UNICEF.

Evelyne DERENS

Research engineer at the CEMAGREF; vice-president of the Association Française du Froid.
