Monitoring and traceability of product evolutions is not only a concern in the agri-food sector.
In many industries, environmental factors and/or storage conditions affect the degree of product quality or effectiveness.

This evolution can be negative or positive, for in certain cases it alters the product and in other cases it improves the product.

Time, temperature and other environmental factors (ex: UV, moisture...) can also be measured, together with their impact on the properties of products tracked.
