- the product has been well preserved : the label changes colour on the use-by date defined by the industrial and printed on the packaging.
- the product is subject to ruptures in the cold chain : the label changes colour before the Use-By Date ; the longer and more extreme the ruptures in the cold chain, the sooner it will change colour.
